The JR900 stereophone system operates on a 900MHz radio frequency band, one of the highest power band for cordless stereophones available on the market. THE JR900 TRANSMITTER
The JR900 transmitter, the heart of the JR900 system, provides 5 stereo transmit channels for freedom from interference or use from multiple audio or video sources. The 5 channel capability of the JR900 transmitter allows the listener to switch between channels to find the cleanest, clearest reception if interference occurs. Pressing the channel select control on the stereophone ear cup locks the stereophone onto a chosen channel. This 5 channel capability also makes the JR900 perfect for commercial applications as well as home use--multi-screen movie theaters, multi-cultural events, museums, educational programs. Hooking up additional transmitters to separate audio sources, the listener can tune into different audio programs on the JR900 stereophones, simply by pressing the channel select control on the stereophone earcup.

THE JR900 STEREOPHONES
No other RF stereophone system on the market delivers the exceptional sound reproduction and extended frequency response of the JR900 stereophones. Neodymium iron boron magnet structures and mylar diaphragms only 16 microns thick deliver crisp highs and amazing bass response. Oxygen-free copper voice coils transmit the clearest signal possible in a dynamic stereophone. The JR900 has a frequency response of 20-20,000Hz to deliver the deep bass and treble clarity known as the Sound of Koss. Circumaural leatherette ear cushions enclose the ear for maximum isolation and deep bass. An adjustable, padded, vinyl-covered headband fits any head size and shape for the most comfort during extended listening. A dual volume control on the stereophone ear cup provides convenient level and balance adjustment for a customized sound. A microchip in the stereophone circuit automatically locks the transmitter signal onto the selected channel to prevent drift between audio sources. When not in use, the JR900 uses integral NiCad batteries that provide 5-10 hours of use between rechargings. A battery recharge circuit is built into the transmitter so recharging is hassle free.
